中药联合低频脉冲电治疗盆腔炎症性疾病后遗症的临床研究

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine granules combined with low frequency pulse electric stimulation for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察中药联合低频脉冲电治疗盆腔炎症性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法将90例盆腔炎症性疾病后遗症患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组45例予中药颗粒剂与盆炎清栓治疗,治疗组45例在对照组基础上联合低频脉冲电治疗。2组均治疗3个月后统计疗效,比较2组治疗后体温恢复正常时间、下腹痛消失时间及白带恢复正常时间,比较2组治疗前及治疗1、3个月疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分变化情况,比较2组治疗前及治疗3个月中医证候积分及局部体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.78%(44/45),对照组总有效率86.67%(39/45),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后体温恢复正常时间(6.73±1.24)天,下腹痛消失时间(5.88±1.13)天,白带恢复正常时间(5.91±1.32)天,对照组分别为(7.68±2.87)、(6.59±2.07)、(7.02±2.49)天,治疗组体温恢复正常时间、下腹痛消失时间及白带恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗1、3个月疼痛VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗1、3个月疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后中医证候积分及局部体征积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医证候积分及局部体征积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医药联合低频脉冲电治疗盆腔炎症性疾病后遗症疗效确切,可明显促使患者病情快速康复,促进临床症状、体征消退,缓解疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)granules combined with low frequency pulse electric stimulation(LFPES)for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 90 cases with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the research objects,and they were allocated to the control group(n=45)and the treatment group(n=45)by the number table method.The both groups were treated with TCM granules and pelvic inflammatory suppository,while the treatment group was additionally treated with LFPES.Treated for 3 months,the time to body temperature(Tb)return to normal levels,abdominal pain relief,and eucorrhea normal level were observed.Before treatment and at months 1,3 of treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM syndromes and local signs were included as comparisons between groups.The curative effect was assessed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(97.78%[44/45]vs 86.67%[39/45],P<0.05).The time to Tb return to normal levels(6.73±1.24 days vs 7.68±2.87 days),abdominal pain relief(5.88±1.13 days vs 6.59±2.07 days),and eucorrhea normal level(5.91±1.32 days vs 7.02±2.49 days)in the treatment group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS,TCM syndromes and local signs in groups decreased at months 1 and 3 vs before(all P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were superior to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion TCM granules combined with LFPES have a good effect in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,which can rapidly promote the recovery of patients,significantly improve clinical symptoms and local signs,and relieve pain.
