某中医院对儿童家长中药用药安全风险调查

Investigation on the Risks of Safety Use of Traditional Chinese Medicines in Children by Parents in a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

目的:了解就诊于某中医院的儿童家长对中药用药知信行(KAP)的现状,分析影响儿童用药安全的相关因素,为有针对性地开展儿童中药用药安全宣教提供参考依据。方法:采用纸质问卷方式,对就诊于该院的儿童家长的基本信息、用药KAP情况进行问卷调查,采用Excel软件对问卷进行整理汇总,采用t检验和多重线性回归对用药KAP的影响因素进行分析。结果:共收集该中医院儿童家长的有效问卷551份。家长对中药用药知识和用药行为总体得分良好,但用药态度方面得分仅为及格。大部分家长较少参与社区及医院的合理用药宣教,但对开展合理用药宣教的必要性持肯定态度。居住地和受教育程度影响家长用药知识得分;月收入和受教育程度影响家长用药态度得分;性别、年龄、月收入、居住地影响家长用药行为得分。结论:就诊该中医院的儿童家长具有较良好的中药用药知识和较安全的用药行为,今后应根据家长性别、居住地、受教育程度等有针对性地开展合理用药宣教,尤其应重点关注农村地区的家长用药宣教,保障儿童中药用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the current situation of medication knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)of parents using traditional Chinese medicines for children in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and provide a basis for the safety use of medications in children by identifying contributing factors.Methods:A paper questionnaire was used to collect the basic information and KAP information from parents for use of traditional Chinese medicines in children,with obtained data imported into Excel sheet for summary and analysis.t-test and multiple linear regression were used to test the contributing factors of KAP for drug use.Results:A total of 551 valid questionnaires were collected.For the use of traditional Chinese medicines by parents for children,good scores were obtained in the evaluation of knowledge and practice,while only a marginal passing score was obtained in the attitude.Most parents rarely participate in the education program of rational use of drugs organized by communities and hospitals while acknowledge the necessity of education in rationale drug use.Place of residence and level of education affect the scores of parents'knowledge of drug use.In addition,monthly income and level of education affect the scores of attitude toward drug use.Gender,age,monthly income,and place of residence affect the scores of practice in drug use.Conclusion:Parents would exercise their good knowledge and safe practice when using traditional Chinese medicines in children.Nevertheless,education program for safe drug use should be performed according to gender,place of residence and level of education,particularly for parents in rural area,to ensure safe drug use in children.
