Analysis of Medication for the Treatment of Late Onset Hypogonadism Based on the Theory of“Brain-Heart-Kidney-Essence Chamber Axis”

迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)是中老年男性的一种常见疾病,可伴随多方面的症状,对患者生活质量有较大影响。“脑-心-肾-精室轴”理论是一种新的中医理论,可解释LOH的发病机制,为LOH的诊断与治疗提供了新的角度,达到身心同调、形神同治的目的。本文基于“脑-心-肾-精室轴”理论对治疗LOH的药物进行了简要的梳理与介绍。

Late onset hypogonadism(LOH)is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly male,which can be accompanied by various symptoms and has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients.The"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber axis"theory is a new theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which can be used to explain the pathogenesis of LOH,and also provide a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of LOH,which can achieve the purpose of physical and mental harmony,as well as the treatment of both body and mind.This article provides a brief review and introduction of medication for the treatment of LOH based on the theory of"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber axis".
