健康妊娠妇女血清胱抑素C的变化研究分析

Study and analysis on the changes of serum cystatin C in healthy pregnant women

目的探究阳江地区妊娠妇女不同妊娠时期胱抑素C(CYSC)的水平变化,并建立妊娠早期、中期、晚期CYSC的参考区间。方法回顾性选取2020年8月至2021年8月在阳江市中医医院进行产前检查的妊娠妇女600名作为研究组,其中妊娠早期、中期、晚期各200名,同时收集同期非妊娠健康妇女200名作为对照组。采用胶乳免疫比浊法比较两组血清CYSC的水平变化,进行统计学分析。结果妊娠早期与妊娠中期妇女的血清CYSC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠晚期妇女血清中CYSC的水平高于妊娠早期、中期妇女,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初步确定了妊娠早期、妊娠中期、妊娠晚期妇女的血清CYSC参考区间,非妊娠妇女参考区间为(0.482~0.694)mg/L、妊娠早期参考区间为(0.512~0.680)mg/L、妊娠中期参考区间为(0.522~0.734)mg/L、妊娠晚期参考区间为(0.806~1.362)mg/L。结论妊娠晚期妇女血清CYSC的水平明显高于妊娠早期和妊娠中期妇女血清CYSC的水平,初步建立阳江地区妊娠妇女不同妊娠期CYSC的参考区间,为临床诊断提供依据。

Objective To investigate the changes of cystatin C(CYSC)levels in pregnant women at different gestation periods in Yangjiang area,and establish the reference interval of CYSC in the first,second and third trimesters of pregnancy.Methods A total of 600 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study group,including 200 in the first,second and third trimesters respectively,and 200 healthy non-pregnant women during the same period were collected as the control group.The serum CYSC levels of the two groups were compared by latex immunoturbidimetry,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results There was no significant difference in serum CYSC level between women in the first and second trimesters(P>0.05),but the serum CYSC level in women in the third trimester was higher than that in women in the first and second trimesters(P<0.05).Serum CYSC reference intervals of women in the first,second and third trimesters were preliminarily determined.The reference interval of non-pregnant women was(0.482-0.694)mg/L,the reference interval of the first trimester was(0.512-0.680)mg/L,the reference interval of the second trimester was(0.522-0.734)mg/L and the reference interval of the third trimester was(0.806-1.362)mg/L.Conclusion The serum CYSC level of women in the third trimester was significantly higher than that of women in the first and second trimesters.The reference intervals of pregnant women in different gestation periods in Yangjiang area were preliminatively established to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
