案例结合情景模拟教学法在呼吸内科实习护生带教中的应用 被引量:3

Application of case combined with situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of intern nursing students in the Department of Respiratory Medicine

摘要 目的探讨案例结合情景模拟教学法在呼吸内科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至10月于广西医科大学第一附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科一病区实习的110名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(55名)与试验组(55名)。对照组采用传统带教方法,试验组在对照组的基础上采用案例结合情景模拟教学法,经过4周的临床实习,比较两组出科考核理论成绩、迷你临床演练评估评分、教学满意度评分。结果试验组实习生出科考核理论成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组实习生面诊技巧、体格检查技巧、人文关怀表现、临床判断能力、沟通技巧、组织协助能力、综合判断能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组实习生教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例结合情景模拟教学法有助于巩固呼吸内科实习护生的理论知识,提升临床操作技能,提高实习生对带教老师及带教方法的满意度,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of case combined with situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of intern nursing students in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.Methods A total of 110 nursing interns who practiced in Ward One of Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group of 55 students and the experimental group of 55 students by random number table method.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the case combined with situational simulation teaching method was used in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.After four weeks of clinical practice,theoretical score of graduation examination,mini-clinical evaluation exercise score,teaching satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results Theoretical score of graduation examination in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Interview skills,physical examination skills,humanistic care performance,clinical judgment ability,communication skills,organizational assistance ability,comprehensive judgment ability scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case combined with situational simulation teaching method helps consolidate the theoretical knowledge of interns in Department of Respiratory Medicine,improve clinical operation skills,and improve interns'satisfaction with teachers and teaching methods,which is worthy of promotion.
