摘要
与传统教学法相比,案例教学法更有利于培养学生自主学习、批判性思维、发现分析解决实际问题等综合素质,最终有利于提高学习者的岗位胜任力。同其他医学学科类似,临床药学学科具有案例性、实践性及发展性等特点,所以非常适合采用案例教学法进行教学。但由于受到多种因素的制约,案例教学法在我国临床药学教育中的应用尚处于起步阶段,存在对案例教学理论研究不够、认识不足、教学案例资源和师资缺乏、教学过程不规范、应用不普遍等诸多问题,亟须解决。本文就案例教学法在我国临床药学教育中的现状进行文献调研分析,同时针对案例撰写、案例实施及教学评价等环节存在的问题提出建议和对策,以期推动案例教学法在我国临床药学教育中的发展进程。
Compared with the traditional teaching method,the case-based learning is more conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive qualities such as independent learning,critical thinking,finding,analyzing and solving practical problems,and is ultimately conducive to the improvement of learners'post competence.Similar to other medical disciplines,clinical pharmacy has the characteristics of case,practice and development,so it is very suitable to adopt case-based learning for teaching.However,due to many factors,the application of case-based learning in clinical pharmacy education in China is still in its infancy.There are many problems to be solved,such as insufficient research on case teaching theory,insufficient understanding,lack of teaching case resources and teachers,non-standard teaching process,and not universal application.Therefore,this paper investigates the status quo of case-based learning in Chinese clinical pharmacy education,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures against the existing problems in case writing,case implementation and teaching evaluation,so as to promote the development process of case-based learning in Chinese clinical pharmacy education.
