临床路径式教学法在肾内科临床教学中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究临床路径式教学法在肾内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年9月徐州医科大学附属宿迁医院肾内科临床管理带教的80名学习者,采用随机抽签法将学习者分为两组,每组40名。观察组应用临床路径式教学法,对照组应用传统管理带教方法。比较两组学习者在带教成绩(理论知识、病历书写、管理操作)以及教学效果评价(主动学习、团队合作、专业实践、临床思维、语言沟通、自我管理)方面的差异。结果观察组理论知识、病历书写、管理操作方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组主动学习、团队合作、专业实践、临床思维、语言沟通、自我管理方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾内科的临床管理带教中应用临床路径式教学法,教学成绩与教学效果评价更理想。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of nephrology.Methods From July 2020 to September 2021,80 learners of clinical management teaching in Department of Nephrology,the Affiliated Suqian Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected and divided into groups by random lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group applied clinical pathway teaching method.The control group applied traditional management teaching method.The differences in teaching achievement(theoretical knowledge,medical record writing,management operation)and teaching effect evaluation(active learning,teamwork,professional practice,clinical thinking,language communication,self-management)were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,medical record writing and management operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of active learning,teamwork,professional practice,clinical thinking,language communication and self-management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway teaching method in the clinical management teaching of nephrology is more ideal in the evaluation of teaching results and teaching effects.
