针对性护理干预在恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用价值

Application value of targeted nursing intervention in chronic hepatitis B patients treated with Entecavir

目的分析针对性护理干预在恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2021年4月至2022年2月江苏省张家港市第一人民医院收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用针对性护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量、心理状态以及满意度等。结果观察组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后生活质量、满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于实施恩替卡韦治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者,采用针对性护理干预可以有效改善患者的不良情绪,提升其生活质量,进而保证患者治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the application value of targeted nursing intervention in chronic hepatitis B patients treated with Entecavir.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from April 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research subjects,they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing intervention.The quality of life,psychological status and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the chronic hepatitis B patients treated with Entecavir,targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve their negative emotions,enhance their quality of life,and ensure the treatment effect of patients.
