红外线照射联合量化肌力训练在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果 被引量:2

Application effect of infrared radiation combined with quantitative muscle strength training on lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的探讨红外线照射联合量化肌力训练在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性分析。抽取2021年1月至12月郑州市骨科医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者85例,按照编号奇偶法分为A组和B组。85例患者治疗过程中脱落14例,最终纳入A组39例,B组32例。A组采用量化肌力训练,B组采用红外线照射联合量化肌力训练,两组均连续治疗16周,于干预前、干预4周、干预16周时,比较两组患者Oswestry功能障碍评分、日本骨科学会(JOA)腰痛评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果两组Oswetry功能障碍评分在干预4、16周时处于下降趋势,JOA评分在干预4、16周时处于升高趋势(P<0.05);两组Oswetry功能障碍评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不同时点JOA评分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组干预16周时VAS评分的下降趋势低于B组(P<0.05)。结论与单一行量化肌力训练比较,红外线照射联合量化肌力训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者的干预效果更佳,疼痛缓解更明显。 Objective To investigate the application effect of infrared irradiation combined with quantitative muscle strength training on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A prospectively analysis was conducted.A total of 85 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedics Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected.And the patients were divided into group A and group B according to the odd-even numbering method.Fourteen of 85 patients dropped out during the course of treatment;finally,39 cases were included in the group A,and 32 cases in the group B.Group A received quantitative muscle strength training,and group B received infrared radiation combined with quantitative muscle strength training.The two groups were treated continuously for 16 weeks.Before the intervention,after 4 weeks of intervention,and after 16 weeks of intervention,the Oswestry disability score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)low back pain score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The Oswestry disability score of the two groups showed a downward trend after 14 and 16 weeks of intervention,while the JOA score of the two groups was on the rise after 4 weeks and 16 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Oswetry dysfunction score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the JOA scores between the two groups at different time points(P<0.05).The decline trend of VAS score in the group A was lower than that in the group B after 16 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with quantitative muscle strength training alone,infrared irradiation combined with quantitative muscle strength training has a better intervention effect on lumbar disc herniation,which has more significant effect on pain alleviation.
