基于OLGA软件的输油管道清管方案分析

摘要 清管是保证输油管道在设计输量下长期安全运行的基本措施。由于吴定输油管线翻越黄土高原丘陵沟壑区,管线落差较大,容易造成清管球卡阻,存在定点误差较大、追踪效率低的问题。为确保后期清管作业安全平稳运行,依据已完成的清管作业实际工况,建立OLGA清管模型,研究了清管过程中介质温度、清管球运行速度及实时位置、低点瞬态压力的变化情况。结果表明:清管球翻越最高点前运行平稳,翻越最高点后速度先增后降,最大速度1.31 m/s,符合清管作业要求;管道沿线原油温度呈现总体螺旋式下降的规律;管道壁厚增强段并非压力最大处,最低点处管道压力超过最大工作压力,后期清管需降低外输排量。 Pigging is the basic measure to ensure the long-term safe operation of oil pipeline under the designed capacity.Since the Wuding oil pipeline crosses the hilly and gully area of the loess plateau,the pipeline drop is large,which is easy to cause pig stuck,and there are problems such as large fixed point error and low tracking efficiency.In order to ensure the safe and stable pigging operation in the later stage,an OLGA pigging model was established according to the actual pigging operation conditions.The changes of medium temperature,pig running speed,real-time position and low transient pressure in the pigging process were studied.The results show that the pig runs smoothly before going over the highest point,and the speed increases first and then decreases after going over the highest point,and the maximum speed is 1.31 m/s,which meets the requirements of pigging operations.The temperature of crude oil along the pipeline shows an overall spiral downward law.The reinforced section of the pipeline wall thickness is not the place where the pressure is the largest,and the pipeline pressure at the lowest point exceeds the maximum working pressure,and the later pigging needs to reduce the transportation volume.
