摘要
海上油田潜山油藏裂缝发育,油井初期产能较高,随着注入水、边底水沿主裂缝突进,油井含水率突升,产量递减严重,严重影响了油藏开发效果。由于裂缝油藏强水窜通道发育,调堵体系需要更高的综合性能,通过创新制备方法,获得了二次交联凝胶调堵体系。对体系性能进行综合评价,获得了关键技术指标,并开展影响因素评价实验,建立成胶时间与成胶强度关系图版,结合油藏理论及实验模拟,优化了工艺设计关键参数及段塞设计方法。新型调堵体系在海上油田开展现场试验,对出水裂缝形成了高效封堵,措施效果显著,有效改善了油藏开发效果。
The buried hill reservoir of offshore oilfield has developed fractures,and the initial production capacity of the oil well is high.With the sudden advance of injected water and edge and bottom water along the main fracture,the water cut of the oil well rises suddenly,and the production decline is serious,which seriously affects the effect of reservoir development.Because of the development of strong channeling channels in fractured reservoirs,the plugging system needs more comprehensive performance.The improved high strength gel system has been obtained through innovative preparation methods.The system performance is comprehensively evaluated,the key technical indexes are obtained,the influencing factor evaluation experiment is carried out,the relationship chart between gelation time and gelation strength is established,and the key parameters of process design and slug design method are optimized combined with reservoir theory and experimental simulation.The field test of the new plugging control system in offshore oilfield has formed an efficient plugging of water outlet fractures,and the effect of the measures is remarkable,which has effectively improved the effect of reservoir development.
