摘要
对加氢生产船用燃料油进行系统分析,选用潜在生产低硫船用燃料油的渣油为原料,将高效加氢催化剂与加氢反应器进行优势结合,进行重烃加氢生产低硫船用燃料油研究,研究渣油在催化剂作用下,在加氢反应器中进行加氢裂化时,温度、压力、催化剂种类等工艺条件对转化效果及脱硫效果的影响规律。通过研究,筛选得到重烃加氢生产低硫船用燃料油适宜的技术方案及工艺参数,研究生产船用燃料油技术的可行性。
Systematic analysis of hydrogenation to produce marine fuel oil,selecting residual oil potentially producing low-sulfur marine fuel oil as raw material,combining the advantages of high-efficiency hydrogenation catalyst and hydrogenation reactor,and carrying out hydrogenation of heavy hydrocarbons to produce low-sulfur marine fuel oil research,study the influence of process conditions such as temperature,pressure,catalyst type on the conversion effect and desulfurization effect when the residue is hydrocracking in a hydroprocessing reactor under the action of a catalyst.Through the research,the suitable technical scheme and process parameters for the hydrogenation of heavy hydrocarbons to produce low-sulfur marine fuel oil were obtained,and the feasibility of the technology for producing marine fuel oil was studied.
