机车永磁牵引电动机水冷结构方案分析

摘要 针对机车永磁牵引电动机散热困难以及高频大冲击载荷下结构强度设计难度大的问题,以某款机车牵引电动机研制为例,设计了两种水冷却结构方案,从结构强度、流场流阻和温升三个维度来进行对比分析,并开发功能样机进行试验验证,综合分析了两种方案的优劣势,为机车永磁牵引电动机的研制提供参考。 n view of the heat dissipation difficulty of locomotive permanent magnet traction motor and the structural strength design difficulty of the motor under high frequency and large impact load,this paper takes the development of a locomotive traction motor as an example to design two water-cooling structure schemes and carry out the comparison and analysis from three aspects of structural strength,flow field resistance and temperature rise.A functional prototype is developed to carry out experimental verification.This paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,which can provide a reference for the development of locomotive permanent magnet traction motors.
