基于特种电机的旋转轴系动态特性研究

摘要 旋转轴系动力特性评估在高速类特种电机设计中占据着十分关键的地位,它影响着电机运行可靠性以及平稳运行。由于高速类特种电机工作转速一般在8000rpm~10000rpm以上,高转速给轴系的稳定性设计、结构强度设计都带来新问题,需从轴系支撑刚度、不平衡量、阻尼、质量等多个维度,合理规划、综合考量旋转轴系动态特性。针对一种高速类特种电机的旋转轴系,通过计算结合试验测试的方式,对影响其动力学特性的因素进行了分析研究。 The dynamic characteristics evaluation of the rotating shaftings plays a very important role in the design of high-speed special motors,which affects the reliability and smooth operation of motors.Since the running speed of high-speed special motors is generally higher than 8000rpm to 10000rpm,which brings some new problems in the stability and structural strength designs of the shaftings.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably plan and comprehensively consider the dynamic characteristics of rotating shaftings from multiple aspects such as the support stiffness,the mass as well as the unbalance and damping values.For the rotating shaftings of a kind of high-speed special motor,this paper analyzes and researches the factors of affecting dynamic characteristics through combining the calculation with experiment.
