提高高功率密度电机制造质量的方法

摘要 功率密度作为电机性能的重要指标,对于其在各个领域中是否能够发挥作用具有重要的影响。在现代电动机的发展过程中,高功率密度、小体积、重量轻、高可靠性可以保证电机的制造能够对现代工业的生产提供相应的支持,但在实际的制造过程中,高功率密度电机在运行的过程中势必会面临机械损耗、电磁损耗等方面带来的影响。其中最主要的原因是电机的机械精度会导致其在高速转动下出现较大的震动,并产生电子响声,而相关的现象均是电机运行损耗的体现方式。因此需要从工艺上提升高功率密度电机制造的质量,就需要解决高功率密度电机在运行过程中面临的主要问题,提升其的可靠性和稳定性,使其的性能和质量得到有效的发展。 As an important indicator of motor performance,the power density has an important impact on whether it can play a role in various fields.In the development process of modern motors,the characteristics of high power density,small volume,light weight and high reliability can ensure that the motor manufacturing can provide the corresponding support for the modern industry production.But in the actual manufacturing process,high power density motor in the process of operation is bound to face the impact of mechanical loss,electromagnetic loss and other aspects.One of the most important reasons is that the mechanical accuracy of the motor will lead to its large vibration under high speed rotation and produce electronic sound,yet the relevant phenomena are the embodiment of the motor operation loss.Therefore,if we will improve the manufacturing quality of the motor from technology aspect,it is necessary to solve the main problems of the motor faced in the operation process,improve reliability and stability of it,and then effectively improve performance and quality of it.
