移盖机是炼铁高炉炉前主要设备之一,阐述和分析了国内移盖机的现状,并结合实际应用情况,从高炉出铁场除尘技术的发展、移盖机技术现状、技术特点、技术进步、新技术应用等方面,系统性地研究和分析了移盖机技术应用及发展。新型的移盖机回转可靠性高、稳定性好,根据不同工况和空间布置需求,选择使用回转直推式移盖机或油缸回转式移盖机;采集回转角度数据监测实时运行状态,实现精确的自动控制;配置自动润滑系统。该研究对移盖机布置方案、工艺方案、结构改进、操作维护和自动控制技术的发展提供一定的技术支持,具有一定的工程实际价值。
