摘要
导磁体在中频感应加热中具有聚磁作用,可降低空气隙磁阻对励磁电动势的消耗,从而改善焊缝质量。为提高高频直缝焊接管性能,建立了中频感应加热磁-热耦合模型,结合测温试验研究了导磁体在中频感应加热中的影响规律。结果表明:增大导磁体宽度可显著增加进入焊缝区域的磁感线从而改变中频感应加热中磁场和温度场的分布,增大导磁体厚度可减少漏磁从而在一定程度上改善中频感应加热质量,增大导磁体角度将降低中频感应加热最高温度的同时可以减小管壁温差。该研究对导磁体在高频直缝焊接管中频感应加热中的应用具有理论指导作用,有助于推动高频直缝焊接管高质量发展。
The magnetic conductor can converge the magnetic field in the medium frequency induction heating,which can reduce consumption of excitation potential for air gap reluctance,and improve the quality of the weld seam.In order to improve the performance of high frequency straight seam welded pipe,a magnetic-thermal coupling model of medium frequency induction heating was established,and the influence law of magnetic conductor in medium frequency induction heating was studied with temperature measurement test.The results show that increasing the width of magnetizer can significantly increase the magnetic induction line to enter the weld area to change of magnetic field and temperature field distribution in the medium frequency induction heating,and increasing the thickness of the magnetizer can reduce magnetic leakage to improve a certain extent the quality of medium frequency induction heating,and increasing the angle of the magnetic conductor will reduce the maximum temperature of medium frequency induction heating while also reducing the temperature difference on the tube wall.This study provides theoretical guidance for the application of magnetic conductor in medium frequency induction heating of high-frequency straight seam welded pipes,and helps to promote the high-quality development of high-frequency straight seam welded pipes.
