摘要
液压支架是综采设备的重要组成部分,随着煤炭开采产量的提升,缩短了液压支架的大修周期,针对液压支架的大修任务数量的不断增加,通过分析液压支架零部件设计过程,采用模块化的设计方式简化了整套液压千斤的绘制,将液压支架大修任务中零部件的绘制效率提升了60%。
Hydraulic support is an important part of fully mechanized mining equipment. With the increase of coal mining output, the overhaul cycle of hydraulic support has been shortened. In view of the increasing number of overhaul tasks of hydraulic support, through analyzing the design process of hydraulic support components, the modular design method has simplified the drawing of the whole set of hydraulic jacks, which has improved the drawing efficiency of components in the overhaul tasks of hydraulic support by 60%.
