摘要
针对特厚煤层坚硬顶板矿压显现剧烈问题,以斜沟煤矿23107工作面、23111工作面坚硬顶板条件为背景,提出采用深孔爆破预裂切顶技术弱化顶板,对爆破参数进行了设计,并在23111工作面现场进行了实践,根据现场情况,切顶后,工作面初次垮落步距明显降低,来压强度减弱,工作面卸压效果显著。
In view of the severe ground pressure behavior of hard roof in extra-thick coal seam, taking the conditions of hard roof in 23107 and 23111 working faces of Xiegou Coal Mine as the background, this paper puts forward the technology of deep hole blasting pre-splitting and roof cutting to weaken the roof, designs the blasting parameters, and carries out the practice in 23111 working face. According to the field conditions, after the roof cutting,the initial caving step of the working face was significantly reduced, the incoming pressure intensity was weakened, and the pressure relief effect of the working face was very significant.
