综放工作面上隅角低氧区域综合治理技术实践探析

摘要 以麻家梁矿14203-1综放工作面为研究背景,针对工作面在回采期间存在的上隅角低氧、CO气体超限现象,提出加强综放工作面的端头封堵、退锚作业、优化回采工艺、合理控制工作面注氮量以及在工作面上隅角安装引射式瓦斯稀释器等综合治理技术。实践表明,该技术治理效果良好,矿井安全生产得到了有效保障。 Taking the 14203-1 fully mechanized caving face in Majialiang mine as the research background, in view of the phenomenon that the upper corner of the face has low oxygen and CO gas overrun during the mining period, the comprehensive treatment technologies such as strengthening the end plugging, anchor removal operation, optimizing the recovery process, reasonably controlling the nitrogen injection amount in the face, and installing ejector gas thinners at the corners of the working face are proposed. The practice shows that the technical means has good governance effect,and the mine safety production has been effectively guaranteed.
