高校综合功能建筑的装配式设计研究——以华中农业大学实验楼为例

Research on Assembled Design of Comprehensive Functional Buildings in Universities:A Case Study of the Experimental Building of Huazhong Agricultural University

在建筑产业工业化发展的背景下,装配式建筑虽然受到国家大力推广,但是设计与实施中仍然存在大量问题。深化当前对装配式建筑的研究、探索具有实践指导意义的设计方法,需要基于国内产业现状下,结合具体建筑类型提出问题及对策。文章结合具体实践,以高校综合功能建筑为研究对象,分析项目中运用装配式设计的可行性及相应对策,发掘装配式设计在类型化建筑中的潜力。

In the context of the industrial development of the construction industry,although China has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,there are still a lot of problems in the design and implementation.To deepen the current research on prefabricated buildings and explore design methods with practical significance,it is necessary to put forward problems and countermeasures based on the current situation of domestic industry and in combination with specific building types.Combining with concrete practice,this paper takes the comprehensive functional buildings of universities as the research object,analyzes the feasibility and corresponding countermeasures of using prefabricated design in the project,and explores the potential of prefabricated design in the type of buildings.
