摘要
文章从数字化管理平台主要架构和数字化管理平台在EPC工程中的应用两方面出发,深入解析数字化平台是提升项目设计、管理水平的有力工具。在技术领域,数字化平台通过对业务数据的整合,建立智能分析决策数据库,以内部业务数据和外部能源数据为驱动,以模型算法支撑,提升企业决策水平和运营效率。在应用方面,在设计和建造过程中利用数字化平台,不仅节约管理成本、优化服务流程,更能预防事故发生,为企业提速增效,同时通过项目管理数据的不断积累,也积累了项目建设的大数据。
Focusing on the framework of a digital management platform and its application in EPC project,it is concluded that a digital platform is a powerful tool to improve project design and management levels.In terms of technology,the platform can establish an intelligent analysis and decision-making database through the integration of business data.Driven by internal business data and external energy data,supported by model algorithms,the plaform can enhance the decision-making level and operational efficiency of enterprises.In terms of application,the platform can not only save management costs,and optimize service processes,but also prevent accidents and improve work speed in the process of design and construction.In addition,with the continuous accumulation of project management data,the platform can save the big data of project construction.
