可溶性微针在经皮给药系统中应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 对微针在经皮给药系统中的优势进行了简单阐述,重点介绍了可溶性微针。可溶性微针由生物相容性和水溶性的基质材料制成,具有可生物降解、载药量大、不产生针尖废物等独特优势。从可溶性微针常用的基质种类和制备方法阐述了可溶性微针对药物经皮渗透和吸收的影响。对国内外研究中可溶性微针递送疫苗、降糖药、基因、麻醉剂、抗肿瘤药物和其他应用进行了介绍。总结出可溶性微针经皮给药系统可显著提高药物的经皮渗透量,能够安全、稳定地输送药物并达到良好的治疗效果。最后,对可溶性微针现研究阶段存在的问题进行了分析,并展望了未来发展的方向。 The advantages of microneedles in drug delivery system are briefly introduced,with an emphasis on dissolving microneedles.Dissolving microneedles are made of biocompatible and water-soluble matrix materials,with the unique advantages of biodegradable,large drug load and no needle tip waste.The effects of dissolving microneedles on drug transdermal penetration and absorption are expounded from the common matrix types and preparation methods of dissolving microneedles.The dissolving microneedle for delivery of vaccines,hypoglycemic drugs,genes,anesthetics,antitumor drugs and other applications in domestic and foreign studies are introduced.It is concluded that dissolving microneedles drug delivery system can significantly increase the transdermal penetration of drugs and safely and stably deliver drugs,achieving a good therapeutic effect.Finally,the existing problems of the dissolving microneedles in the current research stage are analyzed,and the future development direction is prospected.
