摘要
松散含水层下提限开采,水砂突涌灾害事故时有发生,尤其在工作面内薄覆岩中存在断层时,更易发生水沙突涌,严重威胁矿井的安全生产。杨村煤矿330提限开采工作面内桲椤树二号断层斜穿整个工作面,按沿底分层开采最小煤岩柱高度略大于留设防砂安全煤岩柱的所需最小垂高,为保障工作面开采的安全性,利用理论预计和数值模拟方法,对工作面斜穿断层开采覆岩破坏高度及工作面开采的安全性进行分析,提出了断层注浆加固治理思路,设计了断层注浆加固方案,并在井下现场进行实施及注浆加固效果检验;结合相应安全技术措施,顺利完成了330工作面的安全开采。研究成果对于实现受断裂构造影响下厚松散层极薄基岩工作面的安全开采具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
Water and sand inrush disasters often occur when mining under loose aquifer is limited.Especially when faults exist in thin overburden rock in working face,water and sand inrush disasters are more likely to occur,which seriously threaten mine safety production.In Yangcun mine,the Poluoshu No.2 fault runs through the whole working face diagonally,and the minimum vertical height of the coal pillar mined along the bottom is slightly greater than the minimum vertical height of the coal pillar left with sand protection.In order to ensure the safety of the working face mining,the theoretical prediction and numerical simulation methods are used.The failure height of overlaying rock and the safety of working face mining through oblique fault were analyzed,and the idea of fault grouting reinforcement to realize working face safety production was put forward.The fault grouting reinforcement scheme was designed,and the effect of grouting reinforcement was tested on the underground site.Combined with the corresponding safety technical measures,the safety mining of 330 working face is successfully completed.The research results have certain guidance and reference significance to realize the safe mining of thick unconsolidated bed and extremely thin bedrock working face under the influence of fault structure.
