多级离心泵电机负荷降低方案研究

摘要 瓦斯与煤炭是伴生关系,是煤炭开采作业中的重大危险源,治理费用较高。利用瓦斯进行发电,是降低煤炭开采成本,提高煤炭生产企业经济效益的有效途径之一。山西华阳集团新能股份有限公司煤层气发电分公司的瓦斯发电项目中,集中供热站3号、4号减温泵(多级离心泵)在实际运行中存在小马拉大车的问题,为解决这一问题,通过对几种改造方案的对比分析,最终确定采用减少水泵叶轮的方案进行改造,并计算了所需减少的水泵叶轮数量。实践结果表明,改造后多级离心泵运行在正常工况区间,换热站供汽减温控制良好,保证了换热站供汽系统安全稳定运行。 Gas and coal are associated,which is a major hazard source in coal mining operation,and the cost of treatment is high.Using gas to generate electricity is one of the effective ways to reduce the cost of coal mining and improve the economic benefits of coal production enterprises.In the gas power generation project of Xinneng Coalbed Methane Power Generation Branch of Shanxi Huayang Group Co.,Ltd.,there is a problem of small horse-drawn cart in the actual operation of No.3 and No.4 desuperheating pumps(multi-stage centrifugal pumps)in the central heating station.In order to solve this problem,through the comparative analysis of several transformation schemes,the scheme of reducing the pump impeller is finally determined to be used for transformation,and the number of pump impellers required to be reduced is calculated.The practical results show that after the transformation,the multi-stage centrifugal pump runs in the normal working condition interval,and the steam supply and temperature reduction control of the heat exchange station is good,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the steam supply system of the heat exchange station.
