Research progress of coronary intravascular imaging in 2022

冠状动脉腔内影像学是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的重要辅助方式,因其较高的分辨率、穿透力而被用以精准协助判断斑块性质、管腔特征、病变程度等,近年来在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗策略的优化、疗效评价等方面承担着重要角色。2022年,对IVUS-XPL、ULTIMATE试验数据的再次分析、LightLab Initiative研究等进一步证明了腔内影像技术在冠心病诊疗中的作用。随着相关领域研究的不断进展,腔内影像技术会更广泛、高效地应用于指导各类冠状动脉病变的介入治疗中。

Intravascular coronary imaging is an important auxiliary way of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment,because of its high resolution and penetration,which is used to accurately assist in determining the plaque properties,lumen characteristics,lesion degree and so on.In recent years,it has played an important role in the optimization of the treatment strategies and efficacy evaluation of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.In 2022,the re-analysis of IVUS-XPL、ULTIMATE trial data and the LightLab Initiative study further demonstrated the role of intravascular coronary imaging technology in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.With the continuous progress of revelant researches,intravascular coronary imaging technology will be more widely and efficiently used to guide the interventional treatment of various coronary artery lesions.
