摘要
结直肠癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤(laterally spreading tumor,LST)是一种形态特殊的结直肠肿瘤,病理类型多样,存在良恶性之分,与结直肠癌密切相关,因此如何积极诊治LST,减少由LST进展为大肠癌的可能性成为国内外学者的研究热点。本文就LST恶变的相关危险因素及内镜下诊治的最新研究进展进行综述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common digestive tract malignancies.Laterally spreeding tumor(LST)is a colorectal tumor with a special shape.It has various pathological types and is divided into benign and malignant.It is closely related to colorectal cancer.Therefore,how to actively diagnose and treat LST and reduce the possibility of progression from LST to colorectal cancer has become a research focus of scholars at home and abroad.This article reviewed the latest advances in cancer-related risk factors and endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for LST.
