长江新城规划建设管理“一张图”平台研究

Research on Onemap Platform for Urban Planning and Development Control of the Yangtze River New Town in Wuhan

为了服务于长江新城的高标准规划、高水平招商、高质量建设和高效率管控工作,以GIS技术和云计算技术为核心,建立了长江新城规划建设管理“一张图”平台,实现了对基础数据、现状数据、规划数据、招商数据、工程建设数据等数据的集成管理,并针对长江新城的规划编制与评估、土地开发与利用、招商引资与落户、产业布局与规划、城建计划与实施等实际业务需求,提供了相应的空间决策和辅助支持,实现了对长江新城招商引资与工程建设的全过程、全生命周期的精细化管理,有效提升了长江新城的统筹管理和科学决策水平。

To serve the high-standard planning,high-level investment invitation,and high-quality construction and high-efficient management of the Yangtze River New Town in Wuhan,the onemap platform for urban planning and development control of the Yangtze River New Town in Wuhan,which takes GIS and cloud computing as the key technology,is built.The platform achieves the integrative management of fundamental geodata,situation data,investment data and construction data and provides spatial decision support for actual business requirements,such as urban planning evaluation,land development and utilization,investment invitation,industry layout and planning,urban construction and so on,so that it can efficiently improve the ability of integrated management and scientific decision-making of the Yangtze River New Town in Wuhan,realizing fine lifecycle management in process of investment invitation and construction in the Yangtze River New Townin Wuhan.
