摘要
随着“双减”政策的贯彻落实,作为素质教育的重要载体,校外教育需直面挑战、把握机遇、积极应对,在观念、实践和机制三重维度上守正创新,实现校外教育高质量发展。要在观念上坚守校外教育的初心和使命,遵循学生为本、科学规范、活动育人;在实践中推进校外教育供给侧结构性改革,夯实支撑面、拓宽辐射面、引领示范面;在机制上促进校外教育提质增效,加大政策支持,探索多元主体协同共创机制,建立校外教育质量监测评估机制。
With the implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy,after-school education faces the challenges of seizing opportunities to keep innovation on the educational concept,practice and mechanism,so as to achieve high-quality development in the role of a major carrier of quality education.We should adhere to the original aspiration and mission of after-school education,and follow the student-oriented principle featured in scientific norms and activity education;we should promote the supply-side reform of after-school education in practice,consolidate the current base with wider impact and leading models;we should improve the quality and efficiency of after-school education in mechanism,provide more policy support,explore the co-creation mechanism of multiple subjects,and establish the quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism for after-school education.
