摘要
氢能是一种来源丰富、绿色低碳、应用广泛的二次能源,正逐步成为全球能源转型的重要载体之一。《上海市氢能产业发展中长期规划(2022-2035年)》中提出要打造国际氢能示范港口,利用港口物流设施资源加大港口集卡、叉车、轮胎吊等设备的氢燃料动力替代。在前一轮“油改气”清洁能源替代中,港口能源公司已布局并运营港口液化天然气(LNG)加气站,业务覆盖上海港集装箱码头。在此背景下,利用现有LNG加气站进行液氢加氢站布局规划的可行性研究,加快推进氢能在上海港口中的应用。
Hydrogen energy is an abundant,low-carbon and wildly-used secondary energy,and is gradually becoming one of the important energy carrier in the global energy transition.The medium and long-term plan for the development of the Shanghai hydrogen energy industry(2022-2035)aims to build an international hydrogen energy demonstration port project in Shanghai,using port terminals and logistics facilities,and to enhance hydrogen fuel power replacement in the port trucks,forklifts,cranes and other equipment.The company operates several LNG fueling stations in Shanghai port during the previous round of clean energy replacement from fossil fuels to gas,which covers the container terminal in shanghai port.Therefore,the feasibility study on the layout of hydrogen fuelling stations using existing LNG fuelling stations is carried out,which aims to accelerate the application of hydrogen energy in Shanghai port.
