摘要
人才是企业发展壮大的基础,招聘是企业人才储备的重要途径。社会环境的影响,尤其是2019年底新冠疫情暴发增加了传统招聘的难度。当前企业招聘形势严峻,传统的招聘方式越来越不能满足企业发展岗位的需求。以某国有建筑施工企业为例,分析了其招聘现状,同时从招聘准备、招聘渠道选择、人才测评、人才培养、流程管理、招聘评估等方面阐述了提高招聘效率的一系列措施。
Talent is the foundation for the development and growth of enterprises.Recruitment is an important source of talent reserves for enterprises.The impact of the social environment,especially the outbreak of the pandemic at the end of 2019,has increased the difficulty of traditional recruitment.At present,the situation of enterprise recruitment is still grim,and the traditional recruitment methods are increasingly unable to meet the needs of enterprises to develop jobs.Taking a state-owned construction enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the current recruitment situation of the case enterprise,and expounds a series of measures to improve the efficiency of enterprise recruitment from aspects of recruitment preparation,recruitment channel selection,talent evaluation,talent training,process management,recruitment evaluation,etc.
