“双一流”建设背景下提升研究生学位授予质量的路径探索——以温州医科大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 新一轮“双一流”建设突出强调要培养一流人才。研究生教育作为我国教育体系的顶端,不仅是“双一流”建设的重要内容,也是国家核心竞争力的重要体现。因此,提升研究生学位授予质量是研究生教育和发展最核心、最紧迫的任务。当下研究生学位授予质量的现实境况存在诸多不足,温州医科大学在提升研究生学位授予质量方面取得了一定成效,故本文以该校为实践案例,剖析其提升研究生学位授予质量管理体系方案,从制度建设、课程建设、流程管理以及导师建设等进行路径探索,以期为其他各个地方高校开展研究生教育高质量发展工作提供一定实践参考。 The new round of“Double First-Class”Initiative highlights the significance of cultivating firstclass talents.Graduate study,as the highest level of our education system,is not only an essential element of the“Double First-Class”construction but also a key representation of national core competitive power.Therefore,improving the quality of degree awarding becomes the most urgent mission of graduate education and its development.There are many deficiencies in the current quality of graduate degree awarding,Wenzhou Medical University has made some achievements in improving the graduate degree awarding quality.This article,taking Wenzhou Medical University for an example,analyzes its quality control system for graduate degree awarding from the perspective of institutional improvement,curriculum development,process management,mentor team construction and other ways,with an aim to providing some practical reference for other local universities to carry out high-quality development of graduate education.
