后疫情时代老年教育促进老年生活韧性建构的审视 被引量:3

摘要 如何应对社会风险并提高韧性,成为社会各界共同话题。从韧性思维出发,将生活韧性解构为生活系统和支持系统两大部分,支持系统作为差异性的最大来源,又具体包括经济资源、社会资源、文化资源和组织资源四个维度。后疫情时代,老年人的生活韧性备受挑战,具体表现为经济有保障,但消费与就业无底气;社交有对象,但情绪与烦恼无消减;技能有续存,但文化与技术难发声;生活有空间,但触达与互动难实现。提高生活韧性成为老年教育的改革目标之一,需在理念根植韧性思维,实现从“客体规训”到“主体生发”、从“优势福利”到“弱势关注”、从“已知生活”到“未知事件”的转向,通过增值经济资源、助力社会资源、赋能文化资源以及连接组织资源来提升老年人生活安定感,助推老龄化社会高效能治理。 How to cope with society risks and increase resilience has become a common topic among all sectors of society.Prompted by resilience thinking,life resilience is deconstructed into two major parts:life system and support system,and support system,as the greatest source of variability,in turn specifically includes four dimensions:economic resources,social resources,cultural resources,and organizational resources.Using this framework,it is argued that in the post-epidemic era,the life resilience of older adults is challenged.They have economic security,but no bottom line for consumption and employment;social objects,but no abatement of emotions and worries;skills are renewed,but culture and technology are difficult to voice;life has community,but access and interaction are difficult to achieve.To improve the resilience of life has become one of the reform goals of senior education,we need to root the concept of resilience thinking,from K object disciplineM to"subject development",from"advantageous welfare"to"disadvantaged concern",from"disadvantaged concem"to"disadvantaged concem".By introducing the perspective of life resilience,adding value to economic resources,helping social resources,empowering cultural resources,and connecting organizational resources,we can enhance the stability of older people's lives by making a shift from"known life"to"unknown events".By introducing the perspective of life resilience,it adds value to economic resources,helps social resources,empowers cultural resources,and connects organizational resources,enhances the sense of stability in the lives of the elderly,and promotes effective governance in an aging society.
