县域新型城镇化对共同富裕的影响及作用机制研究

A Study on the Impact of County-level New-type Urbanization on Common Prosperity and Its Mechanism

新型城镇化是以人为核心,县域新型城镇化是农业转移人口就近城镇化的重要载体,对共同富裕有着重要的影响。选取四川省128个县(市)2011—2020年的数据,运用面板数据模型实证分析县域新型城镇化对共同富裕的影响。研究发现:县域新型城镇化对共同富裕有显著的促进作用,但存在一定的地区差异。这种促进作用主要体现在两个方面,一是有助于提升县域整体富裕水平,二是有助于缩小县域差距水平。基于此,从提升县域整体富裕水平、缩小贫富差距和县域新型城镇化建设等方面有针对性地提出推进共同富裕的政策建议。

New-type urbanization is human-centered and county-level new-type urbanization is an important carrier for rural migrant population to achieve nearby urbanization,which has great impact on common prosperity.Taking the data of 128 counties(cities)in Sichuan Province from 2011 to 2020,the paper empirically analyzes the influences of new-type urbanization at county-level on common prosperity by using panel data model.Research shows that county-level new-type urbanization significantly promotes common prosperity,but there are regional differences.The promotion function can be found in two aspects.One is to promote the county-level prosperity in general,and the other is to narrow the county-level differences.Based on the conclusions,policy suggestions are proposed from different perspectives,such as improving the prosperity level of the counties in general,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor,and the construction of county-level new-type urbanization.
