苏州市强化科技招商工作的实践与研究——以太仓市为例

Practice and research on strengthening science and technology investment promotion in Suzhou city:taking Taicang as an example

科技招商是数字经济时代下全面贯彻新发展理念,加快集聚高水平科技创新资源的重要举措。太仓市政府的招商行为将逐步向科技招商转变。科技招商处于经济“战场”一线,作为太仓市招商引资的特殊前沿形式,对促进太仓经济结构转型升级、突破发展困局以及“太仓速度”在高质量发展中的体现和落实都具有重要意义。太仓市科技招商工作有基础,面临新的机遇和困难,如何认知科技招商,如何与产业招商互补共进,如何解决科技招商存在问题等,文章结合实际进行阐述,提出了思路和举措。

Technology investment promotion is an important measure to comprehensively implement the new development concept and accelerate the gathering of high-level technological innovation resources in the digital economy era.The investment attraction behavior of Taicang municipal government will gradually shift to technology investment attraction.Science and technology investment promotion is on the front line of the economic“battlefield”.As a special frontier form of investment promotion in Taicang city,it is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of Taicang’s economic structure,break through development difficulties,and embody and implement the“Taicang speed”in high-quality development.Taicang city has a foundation for science and technology investment promotion,facing new opportunities and difficulties.How to recognize science and technology investment promotion,how to complement and advance with industry investment promotion,and how to solve the existing problems in science and technology investment promotion are discussed in this article based on the actual situation,and ideas and measures are proposed.
