食品产业高质量发展路径与对策研究——以扬州为例

Research on high-quality development path and countermeasure of food industry:taking Yangzhou as an example

食品产业是国民经济和人民生活的重要保障。文章在剖析食品产业链运行机制以及产业价值链影响因素的基础上,以扬州为例研究食品产业高质量发展路径,为江苏的产业发展提供参考。文章研究食品产业国内外的发展现状和趋势,重点调查扬州食品产业的基础,从产业链和价值链的视角,分析发展的优势条件、制约因素和瓶颈,明确产业竞争机遇和挑战,针对市场渠道狭窄、品牌效应受限的产业发展瓶颈,提出扬州食品产业高质量发展的10条对策建议。

The food industry is an important guarantee for the national economy and people’s life.Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of the food industry chain and the influencing factors of the industrial value chain,this paper takes Yangzhou as an example to study the high-quality development path of the food industry,provides a reference for Jiangsu food industrial development.It studies the status quo and trends of the development of food industry both at home and abroad,with a focus on investigating the basis of the Yangzhou food industry.Then it analyzes the advantages,constraints and bottlenecks of the development from the perspective of industrial chain and value chain as well as clarifies the opportunities and challenges of the food industrial competition.Based on the above,it puts forward 10 countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of Yangzhou food industry in view of the industrial development bottlenecks including narrow market channels and limited brand effect.
