自然灾害综合风险普查是国家首次在全国范围内开展的灾害基本国情和国力的专项性普查工作,其数据的准确性和真实性显得尤为重要。应急管理部门作为第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查的牵头组织部门,负责历史灾害调查、综合减灾资源调查、重点隐患综合调查与评估及综合风险评估与区划等工作。文章基于第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查应急管理系统数据省级质量检查工作实践,总结质量检查的内容与方法,分析质量问题及产生原因,并提出切实可行的质量控制措施,旨在提高自然灾害综合风险普查数据质量,为自然灾害综合风险普查成果应用奠定基础。

The comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters is the first nationwide special survey of the basic national conditions and national strength of disasters,and the accuracy and authenticity of its data is particularly important.As the leading organization of the first national comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters,the emergency management department is responsible for the investigation of historical disasters,comprehensive disaster reduction resources,comprehensive investigation and assessment of key hidden dangers,and comprehensive risk assessment and zoning.Based on the practice of provincial quality inspection of the data of the emergency management system of the first national comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters,this paper summarizes the contents and methods of quality inspection,analyzes the quality problems and causes,and puts forward practical quality control measures,aiming at improving the quality of the data of the comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters and laying a foundation for the application of the results of the comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters.
