新冠肺炎疫情后急性病毒性呼吸道感染多病原监测的预警研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的对江西省新冠肺炎疫情后呼吸道感染病例进行多病原监测,为暴发疫情预警预测提供实验室依据。方法根据《全国流感监测方案》(2017年版),采集2020年4月份至10月份流感样病例和期间三起发热呼吸道感染暴发疫情病例咽拭子样本,对所有样本进行核酸提取、运用荧光PCR和荧光RT-PCR法检测新冠肺炎病毒和腺病毒等引起急性呼吸道感染的6种常见病毒,并对检测结果进行分析。结果2020年5月14日开始检出阳性样本,共检出阳性样本91份(13.58%),其中鼻病毒70份(10.45%),流感病毒12份(1.79%),腺病毒7份(1.04%),博卡病毒2份(0.03%);共发生三起发热呼吸道感染暴发疫情,其中两起由鼻病毒感染引起,一起由腺病毒感染引起。结论急性病毒性呼吸道传染病的多病原监测能够为暴发疫情提供预警预测。 Objective The multiple pathogens for the respiratory tract infections was monitored after the outbreak ofthe new crown pneumonia,provided laboratory basis for early warning and prediction of outbreak.Methods According to The national influenza surveillance program(2017 Edition),Throat swab samples were collected from influenza like cases and three outbreaks of febrile respiratory infection from April to October 2020,SARS-CoV-2,Influenza virus,Adenovirus,The human rhinovirus,The human metapneumovirus,The human Bocavirus were used to detect 6 common viruses causing acute respiratory tract infections.Results From May 14,2020,91 positive samples(13.58%)were detected,including 70 Rhinovirus(10.45%),12 Influenza virus(1.79%),7 Adenovirus(1.04%)and 2 Bocavirus(0.03%);Three outbreaks of febrile respiratory tract infections occurred,two of which were caused by rhinovirus and one by adenovirus.Conclusion Multi pathogen monitoring of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases can provide early warning and prediction for outbreaks.
