泌尿系结石患者代谢评估及应用的研究进展

摘要 泌尿系结石是泌尿外科常见病之一,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势。除了生活方式、环境及遗传因素外,泌尿系结石的形成还与机体代谢异常密切相关。因此,对结石患者进行代谢评估能为泌尿系结石的临床诊断及治疗提供依据,对预防结石复发具有指导作用。代谢评估包括结石成分分析、24 h尿液成分分析和血清化学检查。本文结合泌尿系结石诊治指南,对结石患者代谢评估的研究进展进行阐述。 Urinary calculi is one of the common diseases in urology.In recent years,the incidence rate is on the rise.Abnormal body metabolism is the most common cause of urinary stone formation,in addition to lifestyle,environment,and genetics.Therefore,the metabolic assessment of patients with urolithiasis can provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of urolithiasis,and has guiding role in prevention of stone recurrence.Metabolic assessment includes analysis of stone composition,24-hour urine analysis and serum chemistry examination.This article describes the research progress of metabolic assessment in patients with calculi in combination with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi.
