《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(以下简称RCEP)于2022年1月1日正式生效,标志着区域内高水平贸易自由化跨上新台阶浙江省与日本经贸合作将迈出崭新一步。在RCEP框架下,动态分析浙日经贸合作,对浙江开放型经济高质量发展具有重要意义。浙江应加快接轨,促进向制度型开放转变;聚力平台,打造全生命周期产业链,畅通浙日资源配置枢纽;固本浚源,抢抓产业技术变革机遇,赋能制造业数字化转型;善谋实干,持续提升营商环境水平,构建优质服务体系。

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) came into effect on January 1st, 2022,marking a new level of high-level trade liberalization in the region and a new step in the economic and trade cooperation between Zhejiang Province and Japan. Therefore, an analysis of Zhejiang-Japan economic and trade cooperation under the framework of RCEP is of great significance to the high-quality development of Zhejiang’s open economy. Zhejiang should speed up the integration, further promoting the implementation of RCEP and the transformation to institutional openness;gather the strength of platforms, building a full-life-cycle industrial chain, and smoothing the resource allocation hub between Zhejiang and Japan;consolidate the source, seizing the opportunity of industrial technological change, and empowering manufacturing Digital transformation of the industry;make plans and do practical works, continuing to improve the level of the business environment, and building a high-quality system service system.
