乡村振兴背景下江西省乡村生态养老体系评价研究

Evaluation of Rural Ecological Pension System in Jiangxi Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

生态养老是中国减轻当前社会老龄化压力的重大选择,同时乡村振兴战略是促进中国“三农”发展的重要内容。在乡村振兴战略背景下,从乡村自然、乡村人文环境、乡村基础设施、乡村养老配套条件、乡村养老政策5个方面建立乡村生态养老评价指标体系,基于AHP建立江西省乡村生态养老体系评价框架,利用yaahp软件对各项指标进行赋权计算。研究表明:农村地区养老政策、养老休闲产品、基础设施、就医条件等指标权重较高。基于此,从发挥国家宏观政策职能作用、合理规划布局创新发展模式和提高服务水平促进产业升级3个方面提出相应策略。

Ecological pension is an important choice for China to reduce the current pressure of aging society, and the rural revitalization strategy is an important part of promoting the development of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in China.In this paper, from the rural revitalization strategy of rural natural, rural cultural environment,rural infrastructure, rural endowment supporting conditions, rural endowment policy five aspects to establish rural ecological endowment evaluation index system, based on AHP in Jiangxi province rural ecological pension system evaluation framework, using yaahp software empowerment calculation of each index.The research shows that the impact of pension policy in rural areas occupies a key position, while the local pension leisure products, post and telecommunications communication base Infrastructure, medical conditions and other indicators are relatively high weight.Based on this, the corresponding strategies are put forward from three aspects: giving full play to the function of national macro policy, rationally planning and layout, innovating development mode and improving service level and promoting industrial upgrading.
