摘要
通过模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),以21家A股上市的制造企业为研究对象,探索制造企业跨境电商背景下企业价值创造路径。研究结果表明:发展跨境电商能显著提升企业价值;跨境电商结合其他因素为企业提供了三条价值创造路径。最后结合实证结果,为我国制造企业的企业价值提升提出了扩大企业规模、合理选择跨境平台、充分利用地理优势等对策建议。
Through the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA), taking 21 A-share listed manufacturing enterprises as the research object, explore the path of enterprise value creation in the context of cross-border e-commerce of manufacturing enterprises. The research results show that the development of crossborder e-commerce can significantly enhance enterprise value;Cross-border e-commerce combined with other factors has produced three paths of influence on enterprise value. Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the enterprise value of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, such as expanding the enterprise scale, reasonably selecting cross-border platforms, and making full use of geographical advantages.
