在信息技术水平不断提升的背景下,跨境电商成为推动我国对外贸易转型升级的重要手段。目前,新疆口岸地区跨境电商发展政策扶持力度逐渐加大,口岸经济带跨境电商基础设施日趋完善,跨境电商平台初具规模。跨境电商简化了口岸地区贸易流程,降低了贸易成本,为口岸物流增添新动力,利用跨境电商有助于开拓中亚市场。新疆应利用区位优势,提高跨境电商物流联通能力,构建跨境电商专业人才培养体系,建设完善跨境电商与口岸物流协同发展平台,通过新型的贸易模式促进口岸转型升级,加强新疆与中亚国家之间的贸易合作。

Under the background of the continuous improvement of information technology, cross-border e-commerce has become an important means to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s foreign trade. At present, the policy support for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Xinjiang port areas has gradually increased, the cross-border e-commerce infrastructure in the port economic belt has become increasingly perfect, and the cross-border e-commerce platform has begun to take shape. Cross-border e-commerce simplifies the trade process in port areas, reduces trade costs, adds new impetus to port logistics, and uses cross-border e-commerce to help open up the Central Asian market. Xinjiang should make use of its location advantages to improve the logistics connectivity capacity of cross-border e-commerce, build a training system for cross-border e-commerce professionals, build and improve the coordinated development platform of cross-border e-commerce and port logistics, promote the transformation and upgrading of ports through new trade models, and strengthen trade cooperation between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries.
