职业院校高水平跨境电商产教融合型实训基地建设研究

高水平跨境电商产教融合型实训基地建设是培养高质量跨境电商人才的重要保障。跨境电商专业是新设置专业,在实训设备、软件、师资、实践教学资源、基地运行保障条件等方面有待加强。应明晰跨境电商实训基地建设思路,按照“顶层设计、系统规划、突出特色、分类培养”,开展跨境电商产教融合型实训基地建设;其次,打造跨境电商产教融合型实训基地建设共同体,发挥政府、行业协会、产业园区、企业等多元主体作用,提升产业与教学资源的共享度;第三,科学合理配置跨境电商基地人才培养的运行条件;第四,制定高水平跨境电商产教融合型实训基地建设保障措施。

The construction of high-level cross-border e-commerce industry-education integrated training base is an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality cross-border e-commerce talents. As the cross-border e-commerce major is a newly established major, there are natural deficiencies in training equipment, software,teachers, practical teaching resources, and base operation guarantee conditions. In this regard, first of all, clarify the construction ideas of cross-border e-commerce training base, and carry out the construction of cross-border e-commerce production and education integration training base according to the ’ top-level design, system planning, highlighting characteristics, and classified training ’;secondly, build a cross-border e-commerce industry-education integration training base construction community, give play to the role of multiple subjects such as government, industry associations, industrial parks, and enterprises, and enhance the sharing of industry and teaching resources;thirdly, scientifically and rationally allocate the operating conditions for the training of talents in cross-border e-commerce bases;fourth, formulate safeguard measures for the construction of high-level cross-border e-commerce industry-education integrated training bases.
