摘要
在“讲好中国故事,传递中国声音”的时代背景下,李子柒美食短视频成为跨文化传播的成功典范,其美食文化负载词在语言上意合特征明显,文化上本土特色鲜明,着重于传递美食的交际寓意,与生态翻译理论具有较强适切性。以李子柒短视频中美食文化负载词为对象,借助生态翻译理论进行“三维转换”翻译实践,提炼出以下翻译原则:语言维上外显美食制作的逻辑主线;文化维上凸显美食制作的本土文化;交际维上突出美食传达的交际寓意,旨在为美食文化译写提供参考,增进对中国传统文化的了解。
Li Ziqi's short food-themed videos have become a shining example of cross-cultural communication amid the background of"delivering Chinese stories and Chinese voices well".This study carried out C-E translation practices of cuisine-culture-loaded words in Li Ziqi's short videos from the perspective of'threedimensional transformationsn of Eco-translation theory,and summarized the following translation principles:in terms of language,to show the logical line of food production;regarding culture,to highlight the local culture beneath food production;on communication,to emphasize the communicative purpose the dishes convey.The above principles can provide a reference to the translation of Chinese food culture and enhance overseas residents1 understanding of traditional Chinese culture.
