人工智能背景下财会人才培养策略研究

Research on the Training Strategy of Accounting Talents under the Background of Artificial Intelligence

以人工智能的发展作为研究背景展开高校财会人才培养改革,应用文献研究法、问卷调查法从人才能力现状调查、人才培养体系构建、人才培养策略的提出三个维度展开分析。通过研究旨在推动高校财会人才培养模式创新,在提升财会人才能力的基础上提升高校财会专业学生的就业率。将财会人才培养细分为知识、能力、素质三个维度,并基于三个维度分别提出人才培养策略,以期促进财会人才的全面发展,使财会专业人才能够适应人工智能迅速发展的需求。

This paper takes the development of artificial intelligence as a research background around the reform of accounting talent training in colleges and universities,applying the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method from three dimensions:the status quo investigation of talent ability,the construction of talent training system,and the proposal of talent training strategy.The research of this paper aims to promote the innovation of accounting talent training mode in higher universities,and improve the employment rate of college accounting graduates on the basis of improving the ability of accounting talents.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in dividing the training of accounting talents into three dimensions of knowledge,ability and quality,and putting forward talent training strategies based on the three dimensions,which can promote the comprehensive development of accounting talents and enable accounting professionals to meet the needs of the rapid development of artificial intelligence.
