摘要
物流装备与技术是广东理工学院物流管理专业的专业核心课程,在授课中,存在理论知识难消化难理解、硬件实训形式单一的情况,研究采用成果导向教育(OBE)结合PDCA循环法进行课程改革。为在课程设计中充分体现应用型本科院校的培养方向与素质要求,首先要配合物流管理专业学生的个性化学习要求,明确物流装备与技术课程中教学的学习成果,让学生通过学习过程完成一定的挑战,然后将学习的成果反馈,用来改进原有的课程设计与课程教学,在整个教学过程中执行计划、执行、检查、处理的循环,持续改善物流装备与技术课程的教学效果。
logistics equipment and technology is the professional core course of the logistics management major of Guangdong Institute of technology.During the teaching,there are many theoretical knowledge points,single hardware training form and low students’initiative.The research adopts the results oriented Education(OBE)combined with the PDCA cycle method to carry out the curriculum refonn.In order to fiilly reflect the training direction and requirements of the Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges in the course design,the learning results should be made clear in the course teaching,cooperate with the personalized learning requirements of the students majoring in logistics management,let the students complete the challenges of self realization through the learning process,and then feed back the results to improve the original course design and course teaching.In this process,the cycle of planning,execution,inspection and treatment is implemented to continuously improve the teaching effect of this course.
