摘要
高等职业教育的课程要对应工作岗位、技能大赛和职业技能证书的取得,实行“岗课赛证”融通育人模式充分体现高职教育的社会适应性和社会实践性。当前高职金融类专业的“岗课赛证”融通育人模式在实践中应关注课程建设教学改革等问题。应从人才培养方案改革与评价、学生广泛参与大赛及技能证书考取促进技能素质提升及校企合作人才培养等方面,全面发挥“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的作用,推动课堂革命,真正实现在高职金融类专业的教育中,提升学生业务技能水平,通过取证、大赛锻炼等方式,进一步拓展就业创业本领。
The course in vocational colleges would be good corresponding to position,competition and certificate.Education mode of integration based on position,course,competition and certificate fully speaks the social characteristics of vocational education.Keeping up with the development of the financial industry,inadequate adaptability of teaching reform and the counterpart enterprise satisfaction are the problems in practice.From the aspects of reform and evaluation of the talent training plan,participation in the competition and the skills certificate,improving the school-enterprise cooperation level to promote the reformation of classroom interaction,so as to the improvement of students*professional skills in financial major of vocational colleges.It will also enhance the students employment and self-employment with the training of competition and certificate.
