摘要
旅游民宿在体验经济和乡村振兴中具有重要地位,研究渔村民宿游客消费体验对提升渔村经济效应、丰富乡村民宿的研究视角具有重要作用。以青岛渔村民宿为例,通过后裔采集器爬取携程网游客评论,使用ROST CM6、Gephi和UCINET进行词频分析、社会网络和中心性分析及情感分析,结果显示:渔村民宿游客消费体验可分为七种,海洋风情是渔村民宿游客消费体验的重要特点;渔村民宿游客消费体验呈三级分布,游客对不同体验的关注程度为:住宿餐饮体验、民宿主人沟通体验>对客服务体验、景观打造体验>乡土文化体验、休闲舒压体验、情怀氛围体验;游客对渔村民宿整体呈现比较积极的情感。据此对渔村民宿发展提出建议。
Tourism B&Bs have an important position in experience economy and rural revitalization,and studying tourist consumption experience of fishing village B&Bs play an important role in enhancing the economic effect of fishing villages and enriching the research perspective of rural B&Bs.Taking Qingdao fishing village B&B as an example,we crawled Ctrip.com tourists'reviews by descendant collector,and used ROST CM6,Gephi and UCINET for word frequency analysis,social network and centrality analysis and sentiment analysis.The results show that:(1)Fishing village B&B tourists'consumption experience can be divided into seven types.Marine customs are the important characteristics of fishing village B&B tourists'consumption experience.(2)The tourist consumption experience of fishing village B&Bs is distributed in three levels,and the degree of tourists'attention to different experiences is:accommodation and dining experience,communication experience of B&B hosts>service experience for guests,landscape creation experience>local culture experience,leisure and stress relief experience,emotional atmosphere experience.(3)The tourists showed more positive emotions towards fishing village B&B as a whole.Accordingly,suggestions are made for the development of fishing village B&Bs.
