摘要
企业软实力是企业竞争力的重要来源,与硬实力联系紧密,越来越受到企业家的重视。在对企业软实力内涵进行定义的基础上构建企业软实力的内涵结构框架,将企业软实力分为组织内部因素、外部表现和个体因素,并分析三个方面的相互作用,接着分析企业软实力的形成过程和作用机制,从而探讨利用企业软实力打造竞争力的方法,最后提出企业培育企业软实力的途径,为企业在激烈的竞争中更好地发展提供借鉴。
Enterprise soft power is an important source of enterprise competitiveness,which is closely related to hard power,and more and more entrepreneurs attach importance to it.Based on the definition of the connotation of enterprise soft power,this paper constructs the connotation structure framework of enterprise soft power,divides enterprise soft power into internal factors,external performance and individual factors,and analyzes the interaction of the three aspects.Then it analyzes the formation process and mechanism of enterprise soft power,so as to explore the method of making use of enterprise soft power to build competitiveness,and finally puts forward the way for enterprises to cultivate enterprise soft power,It provides reference for enterprises to develop better in the fierce competition.
